Mostly remote, with the infrastructure and datacentre roles necessarily on site. Everyone is expected to overlap four hours with UTC so that reviews and incidents do not stall for a day.
There is an on-call rotation for engineering roles. It is compensated, it is one week in six, and it is genuinely quiet most weeks because we invest in not being paged.
Two weeks end to end. We tell you where you stand after every stage.
