Acceptable use policy

Last updated 1 September 2026. This policy is part of the terms of service.

1. The principle

You have root on a real machine. Use it for lawful work that does not harm other people, other customers, or the platform. Everything below follows from that.

2. Prohibited outright

Illegal activity

Attacks on others

Abuse of the platform

Messaging abuse

Cryptocurrency mining

Not permitted on any plan. It is economically irrational at our prices and it starves genuine workloads of capacity. Accounts found mining are suspended and the remaining credit is refunded.

3. Requires prior agreement

Ask first at support@gpuai.shop. We say yes more often than not.

4. AI-specific expectations

You may train, fine-tune and serve whatever models you like. You may not use our compute to build systems whose primary purpose is to generate non-consensual intimate imagery, to impersonate real people for fraud, or to conduct mass surveillance in violation of the law. We do not inspect your workloads to enforce this — we act on credible reports.

5. How we enforce

Most reports are misunderstandings, so our default is to contact you first and give you a window to respond or fix the problem. We skip that step only where there is ongoing serious harm, a legal obligation, or a threat to platform stability.

SituationTypical response
Minor or first breachEmail, 48 hours to remedy
Repeat breachInstance suspension pending explanation
Active attack trafficImmediate network isolation, then contact
Illegal contentImmediate termination and legal referral

6. Reporting abuse

Email support@gpuai.shop with "abuse" in the subject, including IP addresses, timestamps with time zone, and logs where possible. We acknowledge within one business day.

7. Appeals

If we suspend your account and you think we got it wrong, reply to the suspension email. A different person reviews it. If we did get it wrong we will restore the account and credit the downtime.
